Location: Bhiwandi & Ambarnath (Factory Location)

Designation: Executive HR / IR (HR Operation)

Job Profile:
HR Operations:
○ Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, and offboarding processes.

○ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

○ Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation.

○ Oversee employee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

○ Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Industrial Relations:
○ Foster positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and other stakeholders to maintain a harmonious work environment.

○ Negotiate and resolve industrial disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

○ Represent the company in labor negotiations, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.

○ Conduct regular meetings with labor representatives to address concerns and improve workplace conditions.
- Compliance and Labor Law:
○ Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

○ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and industry best practices.

○ Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government agencies and

regulatory bodies.

○ Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement and Development:
○ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

○ Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

○ Organize and participate in employee welfare activities, events, and initiatives.
- Administrative Duties:
○ Oversee the management of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.

○ Ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions, including travel arrangements,

meetings, and events.

○ Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information.
