Customer Service Associate

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming construction projects, including timelines, specifications, and progress updates.
- Assist customers in understanding project details, resolving issues, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, project management, and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition and effective communication with customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address customer queries.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints, and provide regular reports to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with various departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and materials is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional certifications or training in customer service will be advantageous.
