Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle body repair needs
- Inspect vehicles and assess damage in coordination with the Bodyshop team
- Prepare job cards and repair estimates as per Mahindra standards
- Explain recommended repair work, timelines, and cost estimates to customers
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals and documentation
- Follow up with workshop technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Ensure quality control and final delivery of the vehicle
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and services provided
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if required

Pay: ₹15,065.80 - ₹24,717.26 per month
