**Work Days**: 6 day's working & day Rotational shift

**Salary**: 18k - 30k

**Location**: Egmore, Chennai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook all food items as per the menu and recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all dishes.
- Follow standard preparation methods, portion sizes, and cooking times.
- Ensure proper storage, freshness, and quality of all ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and workstations.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Be open to training and feedback to maintain food standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong skills in food preparation and cooking, especially Indian Items.
- Ability to strictly follow recipes and fixed menu guidelines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
