**Key Focus**
**The primary focus of this role is to ensure cash flow of the organization by managing timely customer recoveries along with handling all process related, legal and statutory documentation by managing.**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper implementation of commercial policies and procedures.
- Assist in setting up process flow and structures for efficient functioning of the commercial department.
- Manage key customer relationships to ensure seamless collection of dues.
- Check and ensure proper customer documentation, agreements, and commercial.
- Help managing length of credit by ensuring timely recoveries of due payments.
- Manage complete documentation to meet the commercial compliances.
- Coordinate for legal procedures on defaulting customers.
- Monitor sales/service invoices and debit note on regular basis against sales billing.
- Ensure all the statutory and IR compliances are followed in execution of a PO.
- Evaluate PO on several parameters like period, value, deviation norms and suggest amendments.
- Evaluation and preparation of debit notes, service invoice and sales invoice.
- Keep record of all the delivery challans, invoice received, customer files, reconciliation files, etc.
- Maintain a record of payments by coordinating with site in charge.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly collection and sales MIS reports and present the same to commercial head
- Maintain all records and documents in soft and hard copy for future reference
- Provide pro-active feedback to management about status of collectables and seek intervention, as & when needed.

- Good IT, analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to travel and relocate, if needed.
- Good hand in Tally Power.
- Good experience in MS Excel.
