**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, infographics) that aligns with the brand voice and drives user engagement.
- **Community Management**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, adjust strategies as necessary, and prepare monthly reports for management.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events, including paid advertising.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure social media activities align with broader company goals.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- **Brand Monitoring**: Monitor brand mentions across social media and online platforms, addressing any issues that may arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
