AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.
**Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)**:
To support the People & Culture team in creating a workplace that inspires, empowers, and grows with every individual. You'll be involved in hands-on HR operations and talent acquisition initiatives that directly impact our team experience.
**Your AMINA To-Do List**:
**HR Operations**
- Assist with maintaining and organizing employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the implementation of the new HRMS system, including data migration and testing.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
**Talent Acquisition**
- Research industry trends, competitor talent pools, and organizational structures to build targeted talent pipelines.
- Assist in creating content for social media, job postings, and hiring drives to attract talent.
**Your golden ticket to the AMINA team**:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior internship or academic experience in HR is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with maintaining employee records, HR databases, and the recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms - Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and tools like Microsoft Calendar or ATS platforms is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Capable of handling multiple responsibilities like interview scheduling, event support and data migration.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset. Accuracy in maintaining records and readiness to assist in HRMS testing, engagement activities, and content creation.
- Basic knowledge or interest in HR tools and systems. Exposure to ATS, HRMS, or interest in HR tech implementation is a plus.
