Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

with a strong focus on Google Ads and Performance Marketing to

record in creating and managing high-performing digital campaigns

across multiple platforms, driving measurable results, and

optimizing for maximum ROI. This role requires strategic thinking,

technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with

cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:

- Design, launch, and manage campaigns across Search, Shopping,

Display, Video, and App Promotion.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and

competitor analysis to optimize ad targeting and performance.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies, including Smart Bidding

and manual CPC, to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for Quality Score, CTR, and

conversion rates.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics,

Firebase, and AppsFlyer.
- Set up and manage robust conversion tracking via Google Tag

Manager.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding

strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Develop detailed performance reports and actionable insights for

stakeholders.

E-commerce & Merchant Center Management:

- Manage Google Merchant Center, ensuring seamless product feed

optimization and campaign integration.
- Develop and execute retargeting strategies using dynamic ads and

remarketing lists.

Social Media Advertising:

- Design and execute campaigns across Facebook/Meta platforms,

leveraging advanced targeting, ad formats, and retargeting

strategies.
- Align social media efforts with Google Ads campaigns for a

cohesive marketing approach.

SEO & Marketing Automation:

- Collaborate on SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility

alongside paid campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to nurture leads

notification workflows.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts

with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices to enhance

team productivity.

Key Requirements:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a

strong focus on Google Ads and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns for

e-commerce and lead generation.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Tag

Manager, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and marketing automation platforms.
- Advanced skills in conversion rate optimization, keyword analysis,

and bid strategies.

Certifications:

- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping).
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing or similar.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage budgets

effectively.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Google AdWords: 2 years (preferred)
- SEO: 2 years (preferred)
