**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic and conversions.
- Manage social media accounts and communities, including content creation, posting, engagement, and audience growth.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor website performance to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics for better results.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing efforts, and propose and implement actionable solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, draw actionable insights, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to achieve marketing goals.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
