**Job Overview**:
As a **Facebook Ads Specialist** at Digital Orix, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns for our diverse range of clients. You will leverage your expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, A/B testing, and data analysis to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Your ability to work cross-functionally with other marketing teams and communicate insights to clients will be crucial to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute effective Facebook advertising strategies tailored to clients’ business goals.
- Set up and optimize ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with clients’ marketing objectives.
- Create and monitor ad creatives (images, videos, copy) for high-performing ads.

**Audience Targeting & Segmentation**:

- Define and implement audience targeting strategies based on customer insights, demographics, and interests.
- Continuously optimize audience segments to increase relevance and ROI.

**Ad Performance Monitoring & Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Regularly optimize and refine campaigns to improve performance and meet KPIs.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on ad campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Use data analysis to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend campaign adjustments.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with account managers, creatives, and other team members to develop campaign strategies that align with overall marketing plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

**Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Stay on top of Facebook advertising trends, algorithm updates, and new tools to ensure best practices and a competitive edge for clients.
- Attend relevant webinars, training, and conferences to enhance expertise and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other relevant advertising tools.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook advertising best practices, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize ad performance.
- Familiarity with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and other tracking methods.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly explain complex data and insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other advertising platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other data analytics platforms.
- A/B testing experience and a deep understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
