**Job Summary**:
The Import Export Executive will manage and oversee the company’s international shipments, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimizing supply chain processes for seamless import and export operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare and process documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or discrepancies.
- Negotiate shipping rates and terms with logistics providers.
- Maintain records of shipments and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in logistics and supply chain processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import/export operations or logistics.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Export/Import Management or related courses.
- Experience with specific regional trade regulations or industry-specific logistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
