**Job Description for TGT English**

**Position**: TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) - English
**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
- Teach language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking.
- Introduce and analyze literary works to develop students' critical thinking and interpretive skills.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Encourage student participation and manage classroom behavior to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and other instructional materials.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about student progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent certification.
- Strong command of the English language, excellent communication, and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring young learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
