**Summary**:
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness. They also play a role in promoting the brand and generating sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and welcome them to the Store/Kiosk.
- Assist customers with finding products and making purchases.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Process sales transactions and to maintain stock and inventory.
- Maintain the Store's/Kiosk's appearance and cleanliness.
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory related to sales and In-stock from warehouse.
- Participate in product demonstrations and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints with a gentle behaviour.
- Maintain billing and account filling and provide it to HO / Mall Management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to understand Local language & English effectively.
