**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance-based incentives)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, HoReCa, and B2B channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and sampling sessions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to remain competitive.

**Marketing**:

- Support and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and on-ground).
- Coordinate and participate in food expos, trade shows, and in-store promotions.
- Work with content/design teams for social media, product packaging, and POS materials.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, and promotions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
