Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to medical emergencies, provide immediate care, and assist in stabilizing patients.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, LPNs, and other healthcare staff as needed.
- Participate in continuous education, training, and professional development to stay current on best practices.
