Product Designer

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketing) to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
- Translate user needs and business goals into creative, functional designs.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity designs and detailed specifications for developers.
- Ensure visual consistency and design quality across platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders and receive constructive feedback.
- Lead and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design (web and mobile).
- Proficiency in design tool Figma.
- Familiarity with new AI tools like webflow, framer, Dora, spline, wix, bubble.io etc
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and final product.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, & user flows.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and the limitations of front-end development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
