**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the R&D team to understand user needs and technical requirements for medical device development.
- Create compelling product designs, including concept sketches, detailed 3D models, and realistic renderings using Blender 3D and Rhino software.
- Ensure that product designs align with industry standards, regulations, and usability guidelines.
- Conduct design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that the product designs are technically feasible and manufacturable.
- Work closely with clinicians and end-users to understand their feedback and incorporate it into the design process.
- Create prototypes and models to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials and product presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes relevant to medical device design.
- Maintain accurate design documentation, including design specifications and technical drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in Blender 3D and Rhino software for 3D modeling and rendering.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including concept development, 3D modeling, and visual rendering.
- Knowledge of medical device design principles, including usability, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials used in medical device production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, form, and function.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,636.57 - ₹55,008.87 per month
