- Maintain records, files and documentation (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate with legal team for documentation and maintain files on regular basis.
- Co-ordinate with banking staff and accounts department for existing loans & documents and also provide documents as and when required.
- Good knowledge about the land & bank loan for properties.
