**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Generate business from **freelance platforms** (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.) and expand the company’s client base.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with **existing clients** to ensure repeat business.
- **Proposal Drafting & Negotiation**: Prepare **winning proposals, quotations, and business pitches** for potential clients.
- **Networking & Outreach**: Utilize **personal and professional networks** to bring in new business opportunities.
- **Ad Campaigns (preferred)**: Experience in running and optimizing **Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads** for lead generation.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** in IT sales, especially in acquiring clients through freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of **B2B lead generation and conversion strategies**.
- Ability to **write compelling business proposals** and negotiate deals.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
- (preferred) Experience in running **Google & Meta Ads** for business growth.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the IT industry.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
