**What we are looking for?**

We are looking for a dynamic **Quality Analyst **to help maintain our **call quality for our client projects.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Listen and filter all quality surveys conducted via voice files**:

- **Identify errors/quality parameter concerns**:

- **Assess the call and score it for a Quality A or Quality B call**:

- **Train employees for quality parameters**:

- **Conduct regular sessions on good calls and bad calls**:

- **Promote good calls via constant training and education of the same**:

- **Ensure that feedback is given in the right format without affecting the motivation of our interviewers**
