**A Welfare Officer in a garment industry plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of employees. Here are the key roles and responsibilities**:
**# Primary Responsibilities**
**1. Employee Welfare: Ensure employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being by providing support and resources.**
**2. Compliance with Labor Laws: Verify adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.**
**3. Health and Safety: Implement and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.**
**4. Grievance Handling: Address employee complaints, concerns, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.**

**# Secondary Responsibilities**

**1. Employee Engagement: Organize events, activities, and programs to boost employee morale and engagement.**
**2. Training and Development: Collaborate with HR to provide training on welfare-related topics, such as stress management and work-life balance.**
**3. Communication: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring transparent communication.**
**4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee welfare-related data, including grievances, accidents, and training programs.**
**5. Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR to align welfare initiatives with company policies and objectives.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
