**Experience**:
- Overall Experience of 3-6 years handling and monitoring SharePoint Farm
- Minimum 2-3 years experience handling Office 365 Migration
- Minimum 1 Year experience in handling Office 365 Exchange Activities
- Good communication skill and ability to interact with client

**Responsibilities**:
- Supports Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2013/2016 or 2019 and SharePoint Online (Office 365).
- Good Understanding on the SharePoint Farm Architecture.
- Good knowledge and experience in writing PowerShell script.
- Should have some background/experience on Azure.
- Good knowledge O365 Migration and expertise in any of the migration tool such as Sharegate/Metalogix.
- Support Office 365 Exchange Migration and Configurations
- Experience in On-Premises to Office 365 Migration
- Manages system security, system patching and upgrades
- Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages
- Ability to configure SharePoint services and settings
- Ability to document SharePoint configuration and architecture
- Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
- Manages site quotas and file size limits
- Reviews and monitoring usage reports
- Manages content databases and creating new ones as required
- Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites
- Manages security for sites and sub-sites
- Manages the site layout structure and content
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
- Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
- Work with Development team to map SharePoint solutions for customers.
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex issues and use good judgment to make decisions.
- Good understanding & working exposure with ticket handling on Remedy (or) External Servers
- Manage scope of work and delivery to fulfill commitments.
- Take ownership for problems and get them resolved with effective follow through.
