Job Title: SharePoint Developer (Admin+ Development)

Job Description: As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable solutions involving SharePoint, Nintex Forms, Workflows, and more. You will play a key role in the migration and optimization of enterprise applications to modern platforms. This includes mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution validation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end migration of Nintex Forms and Workflows to modern platforms like Nintex Workflow Cloud.
  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable Nintex Workflow Cloud solutions.
  • Upgrade and redevelop Classic and Responsive Nintex Forms to New Responsive Forms.
  • Migrate Nintex Workflows for Office 365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud, including the redevelopment of task forms.
  • Analyze and refactor existing solutions with dependencies on SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, and Content Types.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and validate the migrated solutions with architects.
  • Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Perform testing and post-migration support for seamless deployment.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Windows Server
  • M365 Suite of Products
  • SharePoint (Power Apps, SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premise)
  • Nintex Forms (Classic, Responsive, New Responsive) and Workflows (O365, Workflow Cloud)
  • Strong experience in Nintex Forms and Workflow Designer
  • Experience in form logic rules and workflow design
  • Hands-on experience with Controls, Events, Actions, error handling, and large data handling
  • Experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale apps
  • In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online concepts, Lists, Libraries, Content Types, and limitations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience with REST APIs and JSON
  • Familiarity with migration tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
