**Responsibilities**:
**Quality in Distribution**
- Responsible for deployment & implementation of QFS requirements relative to logistics operations (Transport, warehousing, preparation, ) within Mars PN India distribution network based on the Distribution Quality Management (DQM) standard and its related activities (Audits, risk assessment, performance review,).
- Responsible to strengthen traceability and Hold and Release process, mock exercises, best practices sharing, advice and supporting projects deployment.
- Responsible for implementation of Distribution standard requirements at the distributer locations and retail chain.
- Support QFS manager to deliver the QFS OGSM goals for the unit.
- Support sales teams on specific areas of Quality issues and plan Corrective and preventive actions related to DQM standard.
- Share with Market quality manager to agree on deployment roadmap for any new project, ease deployment and provide Q&FS guidelines.
- Report the status of compliance of the applicable QFS Standards.
- Implement QFS process as per DQM standard at vendor flex locations
- Conduct QFS review meetings with 3Pl partners and drive CI

**External manufacturing quality management (EMQM) - Secondary packers**
- Responsible to implement the EMQM standard requirements at the secondary co-packers.
- Responsible for conduct the audits and drive CAPA with 3Pl vendors
- Conduct External manufacturing product risk assessment ( EMPRA) for the co-packing activities and provide GO/NO GO approvals for Local and Import products
- Represent Unit in the EMQM community and drive standard compliance.
- Tracker performance of Copackers and report drive Continuous improvement.
- Conduct Co-packer material suppliers’ audits and drive CAPA through Co-packers
- Co-ordinate and procure packing materials specifications in alignment with packing materials experts for Import products related to India MU and approve in Veritas

**Safety in Distribution**:

- Implement Safety process at distributors and sales team
- Conduct safety training and drive safety engagement activities for sales teams
- Support MU Safety manager to deliver the Unit safety goals as per the annual safety charter
- Implement and improve safety audits for the distributors
- Track Safety KPI’s and drive continuous improvement

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Knowledge and experience of implementing quality and Food Safety management system/Standards
- Experience of auditing (internal and external) is required
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in QFS or Supply chain experience
- Sound knowledge on GMP,HACCP, OHSAS
- A fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
- BTech/ M.Sc. - Food science and technology, General Science
- OHSAS internal auditor
- Certified auditor - preferably lead auditor on FSMS, ISO 9001/22000
