Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional to join our Centralized Quality Team as a Sr. Business Quality Specialist. This role involves managing critical quality review for IBPM processes, coordinating specialty queues, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a quality mindset, and the ability to work extended core shifts to support business continuity. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Perform IBPM Quality Reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Manage and coordinate the following specialty queues in distribution process: - ER Securities Quality Review - Roth in Loan Distributions - Secured Contracts - Complex ER Security Clients - Complex Stock Clients - Focused Processing (Queue Coordination) - Implementation Queue - Institutional Queue - KSOP / ESOP - Review and validate Express and IBPM Financials (Distributions and Withdrawals). - Provide timely feedback and maintain quality documentation. - Collaborate with stakeholders and support cross-functional training initiatives. Qualifications: Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 1 year of experience as a checker in IBPM processes will be preferred. - Strong understanding of checking standards and quality mindset. - Proven ability to handle multiple specialty queues and adapt to complex processes in IBPM distribution area. - Demonstrated readiness for expanded responsibilities and willingness to work extended core shifts. - Ability to train others across multiple queues for knowledge transfer.
