Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional to join our Centralized Quality Team as a Sr. Business Quality Specialist. This role involves managing critical quality review for IBPM processes, coordinating specialty queues, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a quality mindset, and the ability to work extended core shifts to support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform IBPM Quality Reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the following specialty queues in distribution process:
    • ER Securities Quality Review
    • Roth in Loan Distributions
    • Secured Contracts
    • Complex ER Security Clients
    • Complex Stock Clients
    • Focused Processing (Queue Coordination)
    • Implementation Queue
    • Institutional Queue
    • KSOP / ESOP 
  • Review and validate Express and IBPM Financials (Distributions and Withdrawals).
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support cross-functional training initiatives.
Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a checker in IBPM processes will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of checking standards and quality mindset.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple specialty queues and adapt to complex processes in IBPM distribution area.
  • Demonstrated readiness for expanded responsibilities and willingness to work extended core shifts.
  • Ability to train others across multiple queues for knowledge transfer.
