**Job Summary**:
The Product Executive supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products. This role involves market analysis, promotional planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance to ensure business goals are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies for assigned products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with the medical, sales, and regulatory teams to support product launches and campaigns.
- Prepare promotional materials, product brochures, and digital content.
- Support training initiatives for the sales team related to product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (sales, market share, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and therapeutic area.
- Coordinate with vendors, advertising agencies, and internal departments for campaign execution.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharma regulations and internal guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in pharma marketing or product management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good understanding of pharma industry trends and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
