Looking for Dairy Technologist for Thane location

Experience - 2 yrs. & above in New product development

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively create ideas for innovation in dairy & beverage segment.
- Responsible for new concept development of milk based (flavored milk, yoghurt, ice-cream, cheese, buttermilk), vegan products till commercialization.
- Create and develop new products, rapid prototype, and assuring great tasting milk based beverages through robust design, sensory, and consumer testing.
- Interpret, communicate, and leverage experimental data to support the development and implementation of formulations.
- Handling pilot scale plant and practicing production at the same level for better outputs.
- Deep knowledge of UHT, Homogenization, pasteurization, aseptic packaging and more related to dairy and non-dairy processing equipment.
- Qualification of raw materials, designing and executing stability tests, formulation development and technology evaluation.
- Work closely and support the Marketing /QA/Purchase /Costing departments for successful execution of new products.
- Training and Development to the associates related to the latest trend, FSSAI legal metrologies and technology.
- Conducting product Shelf life study/ stability study.
- Preparation of text matter/ artwork development for labeling of products and Handling market complaints.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
