**Hotel**: Amrit Wellness Resort, Singer Island, Riviera Beach, Florida

**Shift**: US Shift (7:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. IST)

**Summary**:
**Role Description**:
This is a full-time role for a Sales Coordinator. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales of respective department of the hotel, communication, and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers, make appointments and relay information to designated sales personnel
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports
- Encourage repeat business by networking with existing customers
- Provide input ideas into marketing initiatives and assist in monitoring responses
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date
- Participates in short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Support convention services, catering, and hotel sales, assisting sales and catering managers in program execution

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the Hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of the South Florida & overall US Hotel market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent
- Experience in International Trade and International Business
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Knowledge of different cultures and languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
