- **Sales Support**:

- Assist senior sales staff in their daily activities, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Provide product information and answer basic customer inquiries about products and services.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with different internal departments, such as marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless information flow.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the sales team.
- Maintain clear communication channels between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect databases.
- Assist in generating sales reports and forecasts as needed.
- Track sales activities, update records, and monitor progress towards sales targets.
