- Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator is a key role within solar company, responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role is crucial to helping the company meet its sales targets and deliver outstanding service to customers.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily activities, including managing schedules, setting appointments, and preparing sales presentations.

Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the company’s CRM system.

Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and addressing any concerns.

Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.
- Administrative Duties:
Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.

Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales Reporting:
Generate and distribute sales reports, highlighting key metrics, sales performance, and progress toward targets.

Analyse sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to strategize on reaching targets and expanding market presence.

Support in organizing and attending sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
- Process Improvement:
Suggest and implement improvements to the sales process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Key Attributes:
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
