**Job Title**: Carpentry / Fabrication & Installation Technician
- Location: On-site / Field Installation Work_
_
- Industry: Outdoor Furniture - Benches, Pergolas, Railings, etc._

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to join our production and site execution team for **carpentry, fabrication, and installation** of premium outdoor furniture including **garden benches, pergolas, railings, and similar structures**. This is a hands-on role requiring physical work, precision, and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **fabrication and carpentry work** as per drawings and instructions
- Handle **assembly and installation** of outdoor furniture at client sites
- Read and interpret **technical drawings and site layouts**:

- Use tools like grinders, cutters, drills, saws, welding machines, etc.
- Ensure **quality finish** and structural stability in every installation
- Coordinate with the production and site teams for smooth project execution
- Follow **safety protocols and proper handling of tools/materials**

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in **carpentry or metal fabrication**:

- Experience in installing **furniture, pergolas, railings, etc.**, is a plus
- Ability to work with **wood, metal, and composite materials**:

- Should be able to travel to various project sites as needed
- Basic understanding of installation-level measurements and tools
- Must be **physically fit and willing to work on outdoor sites**

**Compensation**:
Pay: Competitive, based on skills and experience
