1. Preparation of Monthly Invoices and maintaining of accurate and up to date records of all financial transaction (MIS)
2. Assist in review of monthly reporting and Maintaining Books of accounts on a monthly basis
3. Clear understanding of Accounting /Journal Entries
4. To ensure timely and proper recording of transactions and updating of books of accounts for sales
5. Monthly Debtors reconciliation and co ordinating with Sales/RMG team for follow up with client
6. Raising and Posting of Credit notes to customers based on Inputs
8. Maintain MIS relating Sales Invoices and Dispatch details
9. Good communication and problem-Solving attitude.
10. Well versed with MS Excel, MS Power point, Tally ERP and Accounting systems
11. Should demonstrate timeliness, responsiveness and adherence to deadlines

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
