**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals with **excellent English communication skills** to join our **voice-based customer support team**.
You will interact with global customers, resolve their queries over calls, and ensure a delightful customer experience.

A **neutral or pleasant accent** is a big plus — we value clarity, warmth, and professionalism in your voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound customer calls** professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide **accurate information or solutions**.
- Maintain **high-quality communication standards** at all times.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and satisfaction

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Fluent English communication** (verbal and listening).
- **Clear and pleasant voice**; neutral or light accent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in **voice process / BPO / call center / customer service**.
- Exposure to **international clients** or **customer-facing roles**.
