**Title**: Export Import Documentation Executive
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Processing**: Handle end-to-end export-import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- **Export Import Checklist**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive checklists for export and import documentation requirements.
- **BL Draft**: Generate and review Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, coordinating with relevant parties for necessary approvals.
- **Odex and VGM**: Manage documentation related to Odex (Original Document Exchange) and VGM (Verified Gross Mass) processes.
- **Form 13**: Process and submit Form 13 for customs clearance and other regulatory compliance.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records of all export-import documents, ensuring easy retrieval for audits.
- **Client Communication**: Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather required documentation and provide updates.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce or related field.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in export-import documentation within the CHA/FF industry.
- **Skills**: Proficient in export-import documentation processes, attention to detail, and effective communication.
**Salary Range**: 18,000 to 20,000 INR (Commensurate with experience and performance).
**Industry**: Customs House Agent (CHA) / Freight Forwarding (FF)
**Knowledge**:
- Familiarity with Export Import Checklist, BL Draft, Odex, VGM, and Form 13 processes.
**Location**: Gandhidham
**Working Conditions**:
- Standard office hours with flexibility to meet documentation deadlines.
- Regular communication with clients and relevant authorities.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
