**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on covering infrastructure sectors as a key area of expertise.
- Execute M&A and capital raising deals from initial pitching to deal closure.
- Act as the primary interface with clients at senior levels during deal execution.
- Support the ideation process within the sector to generate business development (BD) ideas and prepare pitch decks.
- Participate in BD pitches and engage with clients during deal execution.
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong deal execution skills, including building robust financial models and creating high-quality pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and other client collateral using PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in successfully closing deals in Investment Banking, specifically in M&A or capital raising.
- Preferred knowledge of the real estate and hospitality verticals, covering various asset classes such as residential, commercial, REITs, industrial, and hospitality.
- Proficiency in client management at senior levels.
- Analytical mindset and approach.
