We operate in both domestic and cross-border deal making, with deep India expertise and a strong international network through Pandion Partners ( We are a high-conviction, high-touch firm with a strong track record in mid-market transactions and end-to-end deal execution.Role OverviewAs Manager- Investment Banking, you will be responsible for:End-to-end deal execution across M&A and Private Equity transactionsDriving deal origination, sector coverage, and client engagementCreating detailed financial models, presentations, and investor materialsLeading industry and company research to support ongoing mandatesCollaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives This is a hands-on, leadership-track role reporting directly to the Managing Director.What We're Looking For2–3+ years of experience at an investment bank in India (global support or middle-office profiles will not be considered)Proven track record in M&A and/or Private Equity deal executionStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillsExcellent presentation and client communication abilitiesDemonstrated sector knowledge in one or more of: Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial ServicesHigh energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong ownershipA true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentQualificationsMBA / MS Finance / CA / CFA from a premier Indian or global instituteStrong academic performance and leadership track recordProficiency in financial modelling and MS OfficeStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsIdeally based in New Delhi/NCR
