**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SAP Handholding and Support**:

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to SAP users.
- Assist users in stabilizing issues and understanding SAP functionalities.
- **Module Expertise**:

- Demonstrate working knowledge of SAP modules, including PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), QA (Quality Assurance), SD (Sales and Distribution), TM (Transportation Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
- **Issue Resolution and Ticket Management**:

- Handle queries raised by SAP users.
- Raise tickets for unresolved issues and coordinate with the SAP implementation partner to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Track and close tickets efficiently while maintaining documentation.
- **Greenfield Implementation**:

- Work on SAP Greenfield implementation projects, providing expertise during deployment and configuration phases.
- Support change management processes during implementation.
- **Daily Operations and Escalations**:

- Resolve daily operational issues related to SAP.
- Highlight unresolved or complex concerns to the relevant team for next-level escalation.
- **Hardware and System Coordination**:

- Collaborate with hardware partners to address and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure smooth hardware and system operations to support SAP functionalities.
- **Training and Communication**:

- Provide basic training to end-users for effective SAP utilization.
- Serve as a communication bridge between users and technical teams.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP coordination or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in managing Greenfield SAP implementation projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SAP modules (PP, MM, FI, QA, SD, TM, PM).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and hardware coordination.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
