**Job Title**:SAP Coordinator

**Location**:Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

**Experience**:Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SAP material master data management or a related role

**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in mechanical/production engineering.

**Mandatory Skills Required**:SAP, Bill Of Materials, Routing creation, Excel

**Important Competencies**
- Create and maintain material codes and other parameters in the SAP material master. Ensure accuracy and consistency in material master data.
- Upload and update BOMs in SAP as per requirements. Upload routings and production versions after BOM changes.
- Ensure all entries are accurate and reflect current production needs.
- Customize reports for Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (P0) tracking.
- Develop reports for material movement analysis from Goods Receipt Note (GRN) to consumption against Production Orders. Ensure improvements are implemented within set timelines.
- Analyze MRP results on a weekly basis. Make necessary changes in the material master with the help of the SAP team.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy in the MRP process. Release PRs for process system projects as per the BOM. Ensure timely release to meet project requirements.
- Raise reservations in SAP for R&D requirements. Ensure all Rai) material needs are Met on time.
- Prepare and submit the monthly Shop Floor Stock Taking (SFST) inventory report. Ensure reports are accurate and submitted within set timelines.
- Release PRs for non-BOM consumable parts to prevent material shortages. Ensure timely procurement of consumable parts.
- Understanding of BOM and routing creation and maintenance. Strong analytical skills for MRP result analysis. Proficiency in customizing SAP reports. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

**Measures of Success**:

- Accuracy in the creation and maintenance of material codes and other parameters.Effective material master updates and MRP process improvements.
- Timely release of PRs for process system projects.Consistency in reflecting current production needs.
- Customization of reports completed within set timelines.
- Effective material movement analysis and reporting. In-depth knowledge of SAP material master data management

**Note**:This role is specifically for an SAP end user, not an SAP consultant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
