Plant Production Executive

J**ob Description**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Indoor/ ornamental plant production plans in alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Monitoring plants health, growth, and development, and implement strategies to optimize yield and quality.
- Coordinate planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting activities.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for all aspects of plant production, including seed selection, cultivation practices, and post-harvest handling.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Address any issues related to product quality or safety promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of1 years of experience in indoor/ ornamental plant production management, preferably in the agricultural/ Horticulture industry.
- Strong knowledge of cultivation techniques, agronomic practices, and agricultural machinery.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and driving performance improvements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Nursery Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Indoor/ Ornamental Plant Production: 2 years (preferred)
