Position: Printing Engineer – Rigid Plastic (Caps & Closures)

Location: Pune, India

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Qualification: Diploma in Production Technology

Experience: 4–8 Years in operating and managing Printing Machines in plastic manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage high-speed printing machines used in rigid plastic

packaging

• Ensure printing quality standards are met for caps and closures

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure output efficiency

• Implement improvements for print process optimization and minimal downtime Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in operating printing machines in a plastic manufacturing

environment

• Knowledge of printing technology specific to rigid plastics (caps & closures)

• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control

• Proactive, safety-conscious, and a team player
