**Role Brief**:Working as a Focal you will act as a point of contact between company’s internal stakeholders and customer. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in coordinating with internal teams and customers, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Focal will play a central role in streamlining processes, solving issues, and ensuring alignment between different stakeholders, making it a critical position for driving operational efficiency and success.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Managing store deliveries on time with 90% fill rate.
- Working closely with the accounts team on receivables i.e. follow-up with customers against over-due payments.
- Managing customer complaints and resolving them within the designated timeline.
- Working on MIS to examine the service standards and improve them.
- Co-ordinaing with the customer to get maximum orders from our distribution channel, supporting the organization’s revenue.
- Co-ordinate with the warehouse team and planning team for managing appropriate inventory levels across locations.
- Visiting warehouses frequently to validate operation standards and understanding the inventory items.
- Efficiently utilizing transport costs for secondary deliveries to prevent higher transportation costs and gains on revenue.
- Co-ordinating with the ordering team to validate site orders to avoid duplicate or wrong orders.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
