Job Description: Permanent Work-from-Home Customer Service and Debt Collection Representative

Location: Work-from-Home (Remote)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customers call in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Efficiently manage debt collection activities, including negotiating payment arrangements and handling overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the database.
- Document all customer interactions and debt collection activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and legal requirements while performing debt collection procedures.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of debt collection laws and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of international voice experience in a customer service or debt collection role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and difficult conversations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively manage debt collection procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.

Please note that the system required for this role will be provided by the company to facilitate remote work.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,900.00 per month
