Job Description:
The incumbent will champion brand and business marketing verticals for the company. He/ She will be working closely with all stakeholders to define the company positioning; image and put in place the systems and processes to showcase the business verticals of Real fintech.

The role will work closely with the business teams and also oversee the PR Communication strategy for the company.

In addition, the incumbent will play a key role in defining the digital brand strategy for the company and have ownership of all marketing activities for the company across verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Articulate the brand strategy and define the brand structure for the company.

Ø Manage the overall brand communication and product strategy from inception to delivery of the brand and ensure that the brand measures up to the overall consumer positioning and segment goals.

Ø Create and implement the overall marketing strategy including partner and team management, standardize the brand communication and planning initiatives.

Ø Lead the strategy development process for each of the business verticals and work closely with the management teams on the business achievement and brand building agenda.

Ø Develop and execute strategic communication plans that reflect a current understanding of the issues and trends impacting internal and external audiences.

Ø Leverage insights to create tailored and targeted communication plans. Define and activate a media interaction matrix and corporate reputation management.

Ø Maintain strong relations with Media, and drive PR agenda to create favorable brand value by communicating successes, awards, acquisitions, and future business plans.

Roles and responsibilities of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

1. Marketing director:
The CMO must ensure that the marketing department is focused on the right goals and objectives, and has the resources it needs to be successful. This may include allocating more or less money to different marketing initiatives, depending on what is most important at the time. The CMO must also be sure that the marketing department is using the latest techniques and technologies, in order to stay ahead of the competition.

The CMO can know the ICP (Ideal Client Profile) and how to move them along the buying journey (see below) in the most effective way possible.

2. Brand manager

The CMO is responsible for managing and protecting the company's brand.This includes developing and implementing branding strategies, as well as monitoring how the public perceives the brand. Additionally, the CMO is responsible for marketing the company's products and services to consumers.

This involves creating marketing plans and campaigns, as well as overseeing the execution of those plans. The CMO is also responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and making necessary adjustments.

3. Head of innovation

The CMO should also be looking to expand and improve their understanding of industry trends. By doing this, they can stay up-to-date on the latest changes in the market and identify potential marketing opportunities.

Plus, the CMO can use this information to develop future marketing campaigns that are more likely to succeed. Finally, working as a CMO provides the opportunity to share customer insights with company leaders and brainstorm new marketing techniques with the rest of the marketing team.

4. Top-notch storyteller

As the CMO of an organization, you may also be responsible for creating compelling narratives around individual products and services. This can help consumers understand the features and benefits of a particular product and encourage them to consider buying it. In order to create an effective product narrative, you'll need to understand the product inside and out. You'll also need to know your target audience and what appeals to them. Then, you can create a story that showcases the product in the best possible light.

One way to do this is by highlighting the unique selling points of the product. You can also tell stories about how the product has helped people solve problems or improved their lives in some way. Whatever approach you take, make sure that your story is engaging and easy to understand. If you can capture people's attention and persuade them to check out your product,

you'll be one step closer to achieving success.

CMOs play an important role in advocating for customer interests and helping to ensure that marketing campaigns are appealing to customers. This information can be used to develop marketing strategies that focus on customer satisfaction, which may motivate customers to make purchases.
