**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:

- **Agency Coordination**: Act as the primary liaison between the architectural team and multiple agencies, including consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- **Communication Facilitation**: Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders to streamline project progress and address any issues promptly.

**Feasibility Studies**:

- **Feasibility Reports**: Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects, assessing site conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental impact.
- **Analysis and Recommendations**: Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on feasibility analysis to guide decision-making processes.

**Design Development**:

- **Design Calculations**: Perform design calculations and analyses to ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
- **Concept Development**: Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed architectural plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
- **Design Reviews**: Participate in design review meetings, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements and modifications.

**Presentations and Documentation**:

- **Presentation Preparation**: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, showcasing design concepts, project progress, and key milestones.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

**Technical Support**:

- **Technical Assistance**: Provide technical support and guidance to the architectural team, ensuring all design work meets the required standards and specifications.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting, modeling, and visualization tasks.

**Compliance and Regulations**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all architectural designs and plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning laws and building codes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural coordination or a related role in the real estate industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Ability to conduct detailed feasibility studies and design calculations.
