**Job Title**: Architect - Redevelopment & Liasioning

**Total Experience**: (3-8 Years Experience)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design, Liasioning, and on-site redevelopment projects.
- Proficiency in redevelopment guidelines and compliance protocols.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.
- Attention to detail in design, planning, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Possess strong knowledge and practical experience with DCPR 2034 and UDCPR regulations.
- Prepare and evaluate detailed project feasibility reports, including both area analysis and financial viability assessments.
- Lead and manage end-to-end design processes for redevelopment, SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority), and mixed-use development projects.
- Prepare and review municipal drawings, working drawings, presentation drawings, elevations, and other necessary architectural documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, landscape, and other design stakeholders.
- Ensure timely preparation and issuance of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings in line with municipal approvals.
- Review, comment on, and approve consultant and contractor drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and project functionality.
- Handle all aspects of Pre-CC (Commencement Certificate) and Post-CC compliances, including documentation and statutory approvals.
- Maintain regular reporting and ensure timely acquisition of all required permissions and clearances.
- Proactively address local issues and site-specific challenges related to project execution and Liasioning.
