Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants and project teams.
- Regularly visit the ongoing sites to understand project progress related issues.
- Ensure all project designs developed by design consultants comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with all consultants, engineers and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist in the selection of project materials, services and new technologies.
- Resolve any problems and design related issues promptly.
- Report to D&D (Design & Development) Team Leader

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Min. 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Soft Skills
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Sketch up
- Revit (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Building Information Modelling - BIM (Preferred but not mandatory)
