- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in designated territories.

This does not require door-to-door sales. We provide top-notch Paying Guest accommodation, and you have to visit schools and colleges to gather potential contacts who are looking for or would be interested in availing of PG accommodations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building strong relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- _- Territory management: Take ownership of designated territory and develop a comprehensive sales plan to maximize sales opportunities. Identify potential customers, prioritize leads, and allocate time and resources effectively to achieve sales targets._
- _- Customer acquisition and retention: Actively prospect and acquire new customers through various channels. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business._
- _- Product knowledge and presentation: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers._
- _- Sales negotiation and closing: Use strong sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers. Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and successfully secure sales agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation._
- _- Sales reporting and analysis: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress toward targets. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales performance and optimize territory management._

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry._
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets._
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers._
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive mindset._
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role._
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills._
- Flexibility to travel within the designated territory as required._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
