**Job Title**: Office Assistant / Office In-Charge (Retired Ex-Army / Ex-Policeman)

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Supervise office staff and ensure discipline in the workplace.
- Handle security and safety measures within the institution.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and official correspondence.
- Manage visitor control, access management, and institutional security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance in logistics, inventory management, and office supplies.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and authorities as required.
**Requirements**:
- Retired **Army / Police officer** with a background in administration, security, or office management.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle office-related documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and maintain security measures.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in handling institutional or corporate security.
- Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
