**Job Summary**
The Lead Generation Tele caller is responsible for making calls to potential customers to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The role involves maintaining customer data, following up on warm leads, explaining products/services, and contributing to overall sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make calls to prospective customers based on assigned leads.
- Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and update lead status in CRM.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for the field sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Handle inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and customer interaction records.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any field).
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English / Hindi / Marathi).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools/spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle objections and work under target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
**Preferred Experience**
- Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Experience in B2B or B2C calling will be an added advantage.
**Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of calls made per day
- Leads generated and qualified
- Appointment / demo conversion rate
- Lead-to-sales conversion ratio (for incentive eligibility)
**Salary & Benefits**
- Fixed monthly salary 20 to 25K+ incentives based on performance
Employees must adhere to the office working hours: 10 AM to 06 PM.
Prior approval is required for planned leave; emergency leave must be informed as early as possible.
3 Months’ probation period,
30 Days’ Notice Periods,
No PF in the probation period.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
